Broccoli from Chile

For preparation of a dish it is required to you:
- Broccoli - 450 g
- Olive oil - 2 items l.
- Garlic - 2 ripple
- Dried red Chiles (cleared of seeds and grind) - 2 piece.
- Salt - to taste

Select dense head of cabbage, cut thick twig in two on length then put all broccoli in a saucepan with the boiling added some salt water and boil within 2 minutes. Then pour out water also wash out cabbage under cold flowing water. Heat up olive oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom, enough big that all cabbage has gone in in one layer. Put garlic and Chile in a frying pan, put on average fire for 3-4 minutes. After that add broccoli, torment it in oil and reduce fire. Pour in a half-glass of water, salt, densely close a frying pan a cover and extinguish on slow fire within 20 minutes, cautiously overturning 2-3 times while it does not become soft. If it is necessary, open a saucepan and give a liquid to boil away. Ready cabbage submit hot or warm.
