Pepper stuffed with a cheese cream

For the recipe it are required to you:
- Pepper - 4 piece.
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Cheese (grated) - 150 g
- Mustard - 4-5 ch.l.
- An onions{A bow} napiform - 1 piece (small)
- Ground red pepper - 1 ch.l.
- Greens of a parsley, salt - to taste.

Pepper (it is better multi-coloured) to wash up, cut off top to take out a core to rinse water and to dry. Then to prepare for a cream: to connect cottage cheese and grated cheese, to add the mustard, finely cut onions{bow}, greens of a parsley, red ground pepper and salt.
